Getting to Know ONO

It already learns you. But here's how to help it notice what matters.

ONO isn't a tool you program.
It's more like a presence that picks up on your rhythm, your goals, and the little things you say along the way.

There's nothing you have to do - but here are a few things that help it really click.

1. Talk like yourself.

You don't need perfect grammar. Just speak the way you think.

ONO listens for what's underneath - not just what you said, but why.

"I've got that job interview next Friday. Kinda nervous."

"Still thinking about what happened with my son yesterday…"

The more natural you are, the more naturally ONO remembers.

2. Share the stuff you want it to remember.

A random win. A hard week. A tiny intention.

ONO picks up on what you care about - so go ahead and say it out loud.

"Trying to drink less this month."

"Date night tomorrow. Wish me luck."

"Been feeling a little off lately, not sure why."

You're not "training" it. You're including it.

3. You don't need to say magic words.

You don't need to ask ONO to remember something.

Just be honest, and it'll usually catch it.

But if you want a follow-up, try something like:

"Can you check in after I visit my mom on Sunday?"

"Remind me to breathe before the MRI on Tuesday."

4. Be where you are.

ONO adapts to you.

Feeling silly? Sad? Focused? All good. Just show up how you are - no filter required.

TL;DR:

You don't need to train ONO.

Just include it in your life the way you would a friend.

It'll pick up on the rest.
